Business Registration Proof (businessregistrationproof.online) is operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”). By using the website or API you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Business Registration Proof reports registration information from public, authoritative business registries (Secretaries of State and national business registers) and states what those registries say about an entity, with the source, the query and the time of the check. It is not a registry, does not register, dissolve or certify entities, and is not endorsed by any authority whose data it reads.

What the service does not do

• It does not guarantee creditworthiness, solvency or legitimacy of any business.
• It does not perform KYB, anti-money-laundering, sanctions screening, fraud detection, beneficial-ownership or background checks, or full compliance due diligence.
• It does not provide legal advice.
• It does not provide consumer reports and must not be used as the basis for a decision about a person’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance or housing.

Nature and limits of results

• Results reflect the registry’s publication at the time of the check. Some publications are periodic exports and may lag the registry’s own system.
• NOT_FOUND means the selected registry returned no matching entity under the search method used; it is not proof that a business never existed or is not registered elsewhere or under another name. SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE and UNABLE_TO_VERIFY state that no status could be established.
• Normalized statuses, confidence levels and explanations are our interpretation; the registry’s original wording is always included and prevails. An ACTIVE status does not mean the entity is in good standing.
• For decisions with legal consequences, confirm with the registry itself.

Payment

Verifications are paid per request with x402 in USDC (0.018 USDC at the time of writing; the current price is always returned before payment). A payment authorization is settled only when a determinate result is returned. SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE and UNABLE_TO_VERIFY results, unsupported requests and quotes are not charged. Blockchain transfers are final; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the verification ID and transaction hash.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, stalk or profile individuals.
• Do not attempt to overload the service or the public registries behind it, or to use it for bulk extraction of registry data.
• Respect the terms and attribution requirements of the underlying public data.

Source data

Data comes from official publications (see Coverage). France: source INSEE (Sirene) and INPI via the API Recherche d’entreprises (DINUM), Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0. Norway: source Brønnøysundregistrene, Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD) 2.0.

No warranty; liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for errors or omissions in registry publications or for decisions made using results, and our total liability for any verification is limited to the amount paid for it.
