This notice explains what Business Registration Proof, operated by Active Life Hub LLC, processes. We collect the minimum needed to answer a verification, prove what the source said, take payment and prevent double charging.

What we process

• Your query (business name, entity number, jurisdiction, optional entity type and city). Unpaid requests and quotes are processed in memory and not stored.
• Paid verifications: the query, the result, and the public registration fields relevant to verification returned by the official registry (legal name, entity number, entity type, status, standing, dates, jurisdiction of formation, principal city). We never request or store street addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, registered-agent details, officers, owners or other people from registries.
• Payment data: the payer’s public wallet address, amount, network and transaction hash, and a hash of your Idempotency-Key.
• Operational data: rate limiting uses a hash of your IP address in memory only; it is not stored.

What we do not do

• No accounts, cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
• No profiles of businesses or individuals: each verification is independent.
• No sale of data. No information beyond what the registry itself publishes.
• Sole traders are registered under a person’s name in some registries (e.g. French entrepreneurs individuels, Norwegian ENK). Their registered name is returned only as the registry publishes it; names the registry withholds are never revealed.

Retention

Evidence of a paid verification is kept for 90 days so you can retrieve it, then deleted. Payment records (amount, transaction, classification) are kept for financial record-keeping.

Processors

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and payment verification/settlement (Coinbase Developer Platform x402 facilitator). Queries are sent to the official public data portals listed on the Coverage page (US state open-data portals, the French government’s API Recherche d’entreprises, and the Norwegian Brønnøysund Register Centre).

A contact address will be published here. Until then, stored evidence is deleted automatically after 90 days.
